Some patients have not recieved their activation log in details via e-mail. This has been confirmed as an issue with the patients e-mail and not the practice sending them. If you have already requested an account and have not recieved the activation form please contact the practice. We are currently working through a list of patients to contact but this may take time. ***
This service will replace our current online medication ordering system and also allow you to view your appointment history and cancel appointments online. Those who have signed up for our text message service will still receive a text reminder of any appointment the day before and you can still cancel by replying to the text. No changes have been made to the text service. Please note we can only cancel appointments when we have had at least 2 hours notice prior to the appointment.
To sign up for the Patient Online Services please click on the POS Registration From link below and return it to reception as soon as possible with one method of ID. Alternatively please collect one from reception. Once completed simply hand this in to reception and we will provide you with a log in. Please ensure the e-mail address you provide is only used by yourself. If you share an account with another person you will not be able to register for this service.
Benefits for Patient Online Services are:
- Order medication easily, anywhere and any time.
- Your own unique log in gives you access to your repeat medication lists, previously ordered medication history, important messages regarding medication ordering and your appointment history.
- You can view appointments which have already been booked by yourself and the practice and cancel online (up to 2 hours notice required to cancel).
Our old and new online facilities will run side by side until Sunday 1st September 2019. The old system will be switched off on Monday 2nd September – you will no longer be able to use the old system after this date. In order to use the new service you will need to register your details and receive a log in produced by the practice. Please ensure you have registered and logged in before Monday 2nd September for an easy transition to the new service.
