- From Tuesday the 4th June the practice will close every Tuesday and Thursday between 12.00-13.00 for important clinical meetings and training. The doors will be locked and the telephone system put on to emergency calls only. If you have a medical emergency during this period please press option 1 when calling us. If your call is not a medical emergency you will be asked to call back at 13.00.
- We are delighted to announce our now new Patient Online Services which goes live on Monday 3rd June! For more information regarding this please see the **NEW** Patient Online Services tab on the left hand side.
- Patients who have a health condition such as Diabetes, Heart Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, Epilepsy etc will notice we have changed the way we invite patients in to the practice for your annual review. We will now be doing all annual reviews in your birthday month. So for example, if you were born in October and had diabetes we would send you an invite for review at the beginning of October. Instead of getting multiple letters for multiple conditions we are now sending out one basic invite. When you contact the practice to make an appointment the receptionist will take your details and check which condition(s) you have and make the appropriate appointment(s) with the correct clinician(s). The benefits are that there will not be any need for multiple trips to the surgery and the Nurses/GP's can deal with all conditions at once as the receptionist will be able to allocate the correct lenght of time for this.
